As a chapter of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. a professional organization for registered nurses and nursing students, our vision is to advance community health in Greater Sacramento through health education and training, leadership, and service. On the principals of Service for Humanity, Omicron Eta Eta is committed to continuing this rich legacy in elevating the field of nursing while serving our communities with compassion and excellence.

Our chapter proudly serves the Sacramento region by addressing the unique health needs of our communities providing emergency response training, health education programs, and scholarship & mentorship opportunities. Whether in schools, churches, community centers, or local events, we bring essential knowledge and training directly to the people we serve.

Through partnerships, outreach, and service, Omicron Eta Eta is committed to addressing health disparities, empowering youth and families, and inspiring the next generation of nurses. Together, we are closing critical health gaps, reducing preventable risks, and fostering long-term wellness. Every workshop, every screening, and every act of mentorship strengthen our vision of Service for Humanity and help create healthier, more resilient futures for all.

It is with great pride and honor that I serve as the Founding President of the newly chartered Omicron Eta Eta Chapter of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. As we embark on this exciting journey, we stand united in our mission to exemplify excellence in nursing, uphold the values of service, leadership, and education in the communities we serve.

The vision to establish this chapter was created from a shared commitment to advance health equity, professional development, and sisterhood/brotherhood within the nursing profession.Together we strive to leave a footprint of leadership and “Service for Humanity” in Greater Sacramento- a legacy that will continue to inspire and empower the next generation of nurse leaders.

Honoring excellence, compassion, and the future of nursing, Omicron Eta Eta cordially invite you to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our next generation of nurses at our Blossoms & Brims Nursing Scholarship Luncheon. Join us for an afternoon of inspiration, connection, and purpose as we honor future nurses journey from “Roots to Radiance”. 

Add a touch of flair by joining our Best Brim Contest! Guests are invited to showcase their most stylish hats. A prize will be awarded for the Best Overall Brim. Guests will have the chance to bid on elegant gift baskets in our silent action.   

The luncheon will feature an inspiring program highlighting scholarship recipients, their achievements and the vital role of nurse leadership in shaping the next generation of nurses.  Thank you for standing with us, believing in the power of education, and for investing in a brighter healthier future.
